H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate to start a career in tax and client services. No prior tax experience is required, with training and support from day one.

You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare returns while explaining tax details clearly and offering recommendations. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office. You will build client relationships, work with experienced teammates, and explore opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach
