H&R Block, a national tax services firm, is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training from experienced teammates. You will explain tax concepts clearly, identify savings opportunities, and build client relationships in a local office environment.

You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate with potential for increased earnings as you build tax knowledge and client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
