Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service‑oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent

Responsibilities
