Training is provided from day one and you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate while building client relationships. You’ll explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and apply problem-solving skills to address client questions under guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
