You’ll earn an hourly rate with opportunities to grow as tax knowledge increases, in a supportive, client-first environment.

No prior tax experience is required; you’ll be supported by experienced teammates and training resources. Availability includes peak periods with flexible hours and weekend options.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills to organize information and find solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
