H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to meet with clients, gather information, and prepare complete tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates in a local office.

You’ll develop tax knowledge, build client relationships, and earn a competitive hourly rate as you assist clients during tax season. This in-person role emphasizes accuracy and customer service.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving and ability to organize information

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach
