Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax knowledge.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.

• Problem-solving skills with ability to organize information and find solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based assistants like Copilot and ChatGPT.
