H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to assist clients with information gathering and tax return preparation. No prior tax experience is required, as training and support are provided from day one.

This is an in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office, with hourly pay that reflects experience and peak periods. You will build client relationships, explain tax information clearly, and identify savings opportunities while working with experienced teammates in a collaborative

Competenze

• Completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills with organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistants.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
