This in-person role offers an hourly pay rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you gain tax knowledge. No prior tax experience is required; training is provided and strong client relationships are encouraged.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication and questioning to understand needs
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations
