Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI-based assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Completion of H&R Block Income Tax Course or tax knowledge assessment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
