You’ll meet with clients, gather information, prepare tax returns with training, and explain tax information clearly. The role emphasizes identifying savings opportunities and building strong client relationships through teamwork.

No prior tax experience is required; there is training and support from day one, with an hourly rate and opportunities to increase earnings as you grow tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly
• Problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
