No prior tax experience required; candidates should have strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to use digital tools. This in-person role offers an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows.

Qualifications

• Completion of H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax training.
• Experience in customer or client service environments.
• Strong communication and question-clarifying skills.
• Ability to use digital tools and AI-based assistants.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to collect information and understand tax situations.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training.
