Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a service environment.
• Strong communication, especially explaining information clearly and asking questions.
• Problem-solving and data organization skills.
• Comfort with AI-based tools (Copilot/ChatGPT).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach.
