In-person role supported by technology and a dedicated Client Care Specialist, with competitive hourly pay and incentives. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in tax preparation, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain tax concepts simply.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and small business returns
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment to deliver a seamless client experience
• Must complete continuing education and meet all IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required
