1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Ohio and Illinois and other locations as needed.

This role partners with hiring managers and HR to attract, engage, and hire top talent, delivering a positive candidate experience during peak periods. The Seasonal Recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruiting for seasonal and hourly positions, conduct interviews, maintain applicant data, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities for high-volume seasonal and hourly positions.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with business needs.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to execute recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.
• Schedule interviews, hiring events, orientations, and onboarding activities.
• Assist with facilitating orientations, new hire paperwork, and I-9 verifications.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools while quickly learning new workflows, processes, and system requirements.
