Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM is seeking a Seasonal Labor Coordinator to support peak-season operations in our Ohio facility. You will help manage attendance, maintain accurate timekeeping, and assist with workforce scheduling and labor deployment in a fast-paced environment.

The role partners with Operations, Human Resources, and associates to produce daily labor and productivity reports, maintain employee records, and ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll administration, HR support, Operations administration, or similar role preferred.
• Experience in production/shipment environments preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple levels of employees and management.
• Experience with ADP Enterprise, eTime, or similar timekeeping systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong spreadsheet and data-entry skills for reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance records and compare with electronic timekeeping data.
• Identify missed punches and attendance discrepancies with Operations leadership.
• Support associates and supervisors with timekeeping, attendance, and schedules.
• Create and maintain weekly schedules based on staffing and production needs.
• Develop and maintain daily labor assignments and staffing schematics.
• Prepare daily labor, attendance, productivity, and work differential reports.
