Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Seasonal Host to join Talavera, our signature fine dining restaurant. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, answer inquiries, and provide attentive service that enhances the dining experience.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, smooth operations, and professional interactions in a luxury setting. This seasonal position runs through May, with potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage preferred; luxury hotel/resort or fine dining experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift while delivering professional, engaging guest interactions.
• Positive, service-driven attitude with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required.

What you will do

What you bring

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred; luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining experience is a plus but not required.

• A positive, service-driven attitude with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Schedule & Hours

Seasonal, Full Time

This is a seasonal position anticipated to run through May, with the opportunity to be considered for long-term employment based on business needs and performance.

Typical shift schedule: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, based on business needs

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
