Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join Proof, an American Canteen, delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

You will guide guests through menu offerings, coordinate timing, and ensure memorable experiences with personalized service. The role requires energy, hospitality passion, and the ability to work flexible hours in a prestigious resort.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and passion for hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and respond promptly and effectively to requests and concerns.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, expertly guide guests through menu offerings, coordinate food timing, utilize the Point of Sale system, and create memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized service. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and guest-focused professional who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys building meaningful connections with guests, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
