Who Makes a Great Swim Instructor

• Teachers, coaches, babysitters, nannies, or anyone who LOVES working with children
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and assertive personality
• Reliable, consistent, and dependable
• Able to swim all 4 strokes (competitive swim background a plus, but not required)
• Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to become certified

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should enjoy working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Experience with children or in child-focused jobs is helpful but not required if you have the right attitude. We provide specialized training in our unique British Swim School approach.
