Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, including sushi and robata.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute recipes and menu items according to Zuma's standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Lead and supervise the culinary team members assigned to your section, providing guidance and training.
• Prepare and cook dishes to order during service, maintaining proper technique and plating.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
