An established industry player is seeking enthusiastic Summer Camp Instructors to facilitate engaging bouldering day camps for children. Summer Camp Instructors at Bouldering Project are dependable, caring, joyful staff who facilitate bouldering day camps for kids ages 4-12. Instructors set clear expectations, lead engaging games and activities, provide fun challenges, and use positive reinforcement to foster and safe and inclusive environment for all summer campers. Instructors lead and facilitate climbing instruction, games, and activities for participants and are expected to follow and uphold all BP rules and policies.

Many duties require the availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and events, including possible evenings and weekends.
