Compass Group USA operates Levy at Four Winds Field, inviting a part-time seasonal waiter/waitress to join the event-based team in South Bend, IN. You will take food and beverage orders in suite and premium spaces, delivering items with attention to service steps.

Greet guests, explain menu items, accommodate reasonable requests, and maintain sanitation. Must hold or obtain an alcohol server permit; experience in hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess or obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit.
• Seasonal, event-based role from April to September.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in suites or premium spaces and takes orders.
• Delivers food promptly and maintains sanitation.
• Advices guests on menu items and allergens; notes requests.
• Communicates with back-of-house to ensure correct orders.
• Maintains professional communication and teamwork.
• Collects tickets and follows cash-handling procedures.
• Keeps suite space clean and adheres to sanitation standards.
• Addresses complaints promptly and relays to supervisor.
• Sets up and resets suite before and after service.
• Operates equipment like beverage machines and chafers.
• Works with other departments during events.
