The Stylist at Kate Spade New York will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle, and demonstrating how to incorporate Kate Spade items into their wardrobe across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and home décor.

Greet guests with warmth, listen to needs, and provide complete looks, while guiding purchase decisions and ensuring a seamless checkout experience.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior retail experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.

• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
