Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for our Redondo Beach, CA location to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure fast checkout.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and in-store recovery, while engaging customers in Rewards and Private Label programs. Our benefits include a 401(k) match, health coverage, and employee discounts; base pay ranges from $16.90 to $19.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
