Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. The role involves a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise display and routine store upkeep, all guided by Store Management.

You’ll focus on delivering legendary service, answering guest questions, recommending products, and maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment. No prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise and help locate items.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Assist with merchandise displays, cashiering, and POS procedures as directed by Store Management.
• Help Guests try on or fit merchandise and process transactions at the register.
