The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to help fulfill its mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will greet Guests, answer questions about merchandise, and guide them to the right products with knowledgeable service.

The role includes merchandising, POS procedures, price markdowns, loss prevention, and maintaining an organized, welcoming store. You will build guest relationships and contribute to team success and guest loyalty.

• No formal education or prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and share that knowledge with Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Strive for personal sales goals and contribute to Teammates’ presentations with the SPG.
• Meet or exceed personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service throughout the store in Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Assist Guests with trying on or fitting merchandise.
• Process checkouts and bag purchases.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Be knowledgeable of exchange and return procedures and highlight them as needed.
• Complete and utilize the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily.
• Meet Buckle’s standards in loyalty programs and customer care.
• Place Special Orders or contact other stores for desired merchandise.
• Build and maintain guest relationships to develop a client-based business.
• Stay informed about Buckle’s customer service expectations and company policies.
• Perform leadership actions consistently, whether or not the Manager is present.
