Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help create the best possible shopping experience for Guests. You will greet Guests, process transactions at the POS, and assist with merchandising tasks while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include staying informed on current promotions, policies, and security practices, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. This role offers part-time hours with benefits after waiting periods.

Qualifications

• Greeting Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts; know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist in merchandising tasks: displays, fixtures, pricing, and transfers (height limits apply).
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to reflect Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment via guest service and teamwork.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
