The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and store operations tasks under Store Management guidance.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized shop floor. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise and help locate items.
• Assist Guests in selecting and obtaining merchandise based on needs and desires.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and return policies to assist Guests effectively.
• Operate cash register, balance drawers, and process payments.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable according to Buckle standards.
