Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate in Woodstock, GA for a part-time, on-site role. The teammate will assist Guests, operate the POS, and support merchandising and store tasks to create a welcoming shopping experience.

The position requires a friendly attitude, the ability to work flexible hours including holidays, and adherence to company policies. No prior experience is required, and perks include teammate discounts and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and assist with store information.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Uphold Buckle’s policies and mission, contributing to a positive team spirit.
