Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for our Park City, UT location. This part-time role focuses on delivering a friendly guest experience and supporting store operations, from greeting guests to assisting with transactions.

You will work a flexible schedule including weekends, learn current promotions, handle POS transactions, and assist with displays and merchandising while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with friendly, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Complete guest transactions using POS software.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and payment/exchange rules.
• Stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate POS and complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Monitor security risks and assist with loss prevention.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and store procedures.
