• Receive and unload merchandise - collaborate with teammates to offload trucks and stage items in backroom.
• Backroom standards - maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Online order pickup - locate and fulfill orders placed on jcp.com.
• Merchandise strategy - implement plans from leadership to position products effectively.
• Participates in a learning environment - absorb new information on products and processes.
