• Customer Service - You're maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, helping customers.
• Executes pricing and signing - adjust ticket prices and signage across the store.
• Replenish and restock the store - ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise - work with your team to unload a truck and prep backstock.
• Backroom standards - keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• On-line jcp.com pick up - fulfill orders placed online.
• Merchandise strategy - follow leadership plans for merchandise placement and execution.
• Participates in a learning environment - learn from peers and training materials.
