• Customer Service - assist customers and answer questions as you move around the store.
• Executes pricing and signing - adjust ticket prices and signage.
• Replenish and restock the store to ensure sizes and styles are available on the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise and organize the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards for stockroom safety and cleanliness.
• Support online jcp.com pick up by locating and fulfilling online orders.
• Execute the merchandising plan to place products according to leadership directions.
• Participate in a learning environment and absorb training materials.
