You will handle pricing/signing, replenishment, unloading merchandise, backroom organization, and online order pickup while upholding merchandising standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - interact with customers while navigating the store.
• Executes pricing and signing across merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock to ensure styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards: safe, clean, organized stock area.
• Assist with online order pickup from jcp.com.
• Execute merchandising plans to maintain standards and customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing learning from peers and training materials.
