Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience by performing store operations before opening. This early-morning role works with the task team to carry out functions prior to store opening.

You will handle pricing, restocking, receiving shipments, and online order fulfillment while maintaining clean backroom standards and following leadership plans to position merchandise for customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: assist customers and provide help on the sales floor.
• Executes pricing and signing across merchandise.
• Restock and replenish merchandise to ensure size/color availability.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prep in backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards: safe, clean, organized.
• Online order pickup: locate and fulfill orders placed online.
• Execute merchandising plans to position stock as directed.
• Participate in learning and training initiatives.
