Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with questions.
• Execute pricing and signing changes across store merchandise.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to ensure sizes and styles are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare backroom stock.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized backroom standards.
• Support online order pickup at jcp.com.
• Help implement merchandising plans and flow goods to the floor.
• Participate in a learning environment and absorb new information.
