JCPenney seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience. This early-morning role works with the task team to complete store duties before opening, with a defined seasonal period and possible extension based on performance and availability.

You will handle customer service, merchandising, restocking, backroom organization, and online order pickup while embracing a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to work early mornings and fast-paced conditions.
• Comfort handling merchandise and assisting customers.
• Willingness to learn and follow store processes.
• Strong attention to pricing, signing and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests on the sales floor.
• Execute pricing and signing changes quickly and accurately.
• Replenish, restock, and organize merchandise to meet demand.
• Receive and unload shipments and prep backroom stock.
• Support online order pickup fulfillment and store layout plans.
