Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with questions.
• Execute pricing and signing to update tickets across the store.
• Restock and prepare merchandise to the floor to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and move stock to backroom.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized backroom standards.
• Assist with online order pick-up and fulfillment from jcp.com.
• Follow merchandising plans to place goods and maintain store standards.
• Engage in continuous learning from peers and training materials.
