You will handle pricing and signing, replenish stock, unload merchandise, and assist with online order pickup when needed, ensuring the store runs smoothly and customers stay satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - assist customers and answer questions while moving quickly through the store.
• Executes pricing and signing across merchandise to keep pricing/current signage.
• Replenish and restock the store to ensure coverage of styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it for the floor or backroom.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom standards and stockroom safety.
• Support online order pickup processes for jcp.com orders as needed.
• Follow merchandising plans and shipping priorities to execute store strategy.
