Responsibilities

• Customer Service - assist customers and navigate store environment to help with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing across merchandise to maintain accurate signage.
• Replenish and restock store inventory to ensure desired styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it in the backroom.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized backroom standards.
• Assist with online jcp.com order pickup and fulfillment as needed.
• Implement merchandising plans to optimize product placement and presentation.
• Participate in a learning environment to absorb new processes and merchandise knowledge.
