Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assist and answer questions.
• Execute pricing and signing across merchandise.
• Replenish and restock the sales floor to ensure size/style availability.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prep backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards: safe, clean, organized stock area.
• Assist with online order pickup at jcp.com.
• Follow leadership plans for merchandise placement and flow to sales floor.
• Participate in training and learning materials to improve performance.
