• Experience replenishing and restocking merchandise and staging for floor delivery.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - assist customers and answer questions while moving around the store.
• Executes pricing and signing across the store to update ticket prices.
• Replenish and restock the store to ensure sizes and styles are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise with the team and prepare backroom stock.
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping stock organized and safe.
• Assist with online jcp.com order pick up and fulfillment.
• Follow merchandising plans to place products according to leadership directions.
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing training materials.
