JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help deliver an outstanding in-store experience. This early-morning role supports the task team, preparing merchandise and processes before the store opens, with a defined seasonal term and potential extension based on performance.

You will perform hands-on duties across customer service, pricing, restocking, receiving, backroom organization, and online order pickup, contributing to merchandising plans and a fast-paced shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - assist customers on the sales floor and answer questions
• Executes pricing and signing across store merchandise
• Replenish and restock merchandise to keep shelves full
• Receive and unload merchandise with co-workers
• Maintain backroom standards for safety and organization
• Handle online jcp.com order pickup when needed
• Execute merchandising plans as directed by leadership
• Participate in learning and training activities
