• Executes pricing and signing across the store for efficiency.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it for the floor.
• Maintain backroom standards - clean, organized, safe.
• On-line jcp.com pick up - fulfill online orders when needed.
• Execute merchandising strategy as directed by leadership.
• Participate in a learning environment and training materials.
