Spirit Halloween in Round Rock is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, and the overall operation of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include guaranteeing maximum sales and profitability while ensuring excellent guest services.

The ideal candidate must have retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long hours as well as lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Must have retail management experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing and setup.
• Responsible for merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure maximum sales by maintaining Guest Services.
