Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and store operations. You’ll ensure maximum sales by developing staff and managing expenses.

The role requires standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule and prior retail management experience are essential.
