Spirit Halloween in Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Seasonal Store. You will support staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown to ensure smooth operations and strong guest experiences.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 18, and a flexible schedule. Expect physical duties including standing, walking, ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds during peak seasons.

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Flexible schedule.
• 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in ensuring Guest Services, staff development, and inventory control.
• Contribute to achieving maximum sales and profitability by maintaining merchandising standards and store operations.
