Spirit Halloween is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, packing up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, and inventory control.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience. This role is on-site at a seasonal store, with premium pay programs linked to qualifications and experience.
