JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience by performing essential store operations. This early morning role works with a task team to complete duties before store opening and may extend or transition to a regular position based on performance.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling pricing/signage, restocking, unloading merchandise, and maintaining a clean backstock area.

• Ability to replenish and restock merchandise efficiently.
• Experience with pricing and signing merchandize and planograms.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Execute pricing and signing across merchandise.
• Restock and replenish stock to ensure availability of sizes and styles.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and move to backroom.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and backroom standards.
• Assist with online order pickup via jcp.com.
• Support merchandising plans and visual standards.
