Spirit Halloween in Midlothian, VA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, and seasonal operations. You will help drive guest services, manage staff development, and protect profitability through inventory control and expense management.

Requirements include 18+ years, flexible schedule, ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and prior retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and must have a flexible schedule.
• 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Maintains Guest Services, develops staff, controls expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profit.
